Alameda is about to get a real taste of the America's Cup! The group Alameda Waterfront is a volunteer organization of businesses and citizens who have set up a website to publicize everything having to do with Alameda focused America's Cup news. We'll definitely be keeping our eye on them. 

“Alameda offers convenient shoreline water access to our racing grounds in San Francisco Bay immediately next to large industrial warehouse space. It is a turn-key option which will allow us to operate efficiently and immediately in 2012.
